I found a website that sells American Made Tools called Loggerhead Tools. Cool name and they look like great products and very proud (as they should be) to be American Made. Here is a little bit from the site about the founder. "Our founder, Dan Brown, is a Chicago inventor with over 28 U.S. patents. As president, Dan is committed to introducing a unique tool to the market each year. "

Thank you for the kind words, we appreciate all of the word of mouth (and blog) we can get. Four years ago when we entered the market as an American Made product, many people told us to go to China. We didn't because we fundamentally believe that if you cannot manufacture the new and innovative products in the US, what is left to manufacture. We believe in Free Trade (actually Fair Trade)and the ultimate world benefits of global fair trade. We just do not believe in the unfair trade practices and profiteering business models that have become the norm in the name of Globalization.
