Several big Iconic American Brands are under investigation or scrutiny for bring in H-1B visa workers to train with and replace their American co-worker, often at half the cost. The H-1B visa was not intended to be used this way. The program was to augment a business with skilled workers in fields lacking American applicants. Once again big business has found a way to turn a law against the American Worker.
